We are not a SPA. We are a RECUPERATION CENTRE.
Please note our centre is manned by treatment facilitators who themselves are regular users of ultrasonic hydrotherapy . They comprise full-timers and part-timer who come from varied backgrounds - retirees, stay-at-home mums and dads, entrepreneurs, sports people and students. As such, please do not come in to our centre expecting a SPA experience complete with staff waiting on you like they do in such establishments. Our staff’s main function is to prepare your baths for you. However, do help yourselves to the beverages we provide at the waiting area prior to and after your treatment session(s).

Please be assured that we will endeavour to keep the outlet safe and well maintained and give you our best service. We will without hesitation extend to you, our most esteemed Guest, our warmest hospitality.
We would appreciate it very much if you could exercise restraint if issues arise and continue to treat our staff with respect, while we mutually work towards a solution to the problem.
In our opinion, there should never be a need to resort to referencing clauses and sub-paragraphs in a long, mentally indigestible Terms and Conditions write-up, in order to address disputes. When we thread down that road, relationships get sacrificed at the altar of proving who is right and wrong.
We would rather arrive at an amicable solution outside the legal arena, acceptable by all parties.

We at Shiruki Studio firmly believe that EVERYONE should possess the COMMON SENSE TO NOT PARTICIPATE in any warm water soaking activity if the state you are in at the point of treatment, falls within any of the following descriptions.
Suffering from heart disease
Undergone Recent surgery (within 6 months)
Experiencing High Blood Pressure
Intoxicated
