The Premise
Doing regular sessions of ice bath over a short span of time can lead to several positive changes, including improved circulation, reduced muscle soreness, and increased mental resilience.
Some studies have also shown improvements in immune function, mood, and even fat burning.
However, it's crucial to start slowly and listen to your body, as prolonged cold exposure can lead to hypothermia or other negative effects.
Start date of your challenge soak must be anytime after 1 July 2025.
All participants will need to attend one induction session prior.
Only one participant is allowed in room at each 30-minute session.
The challenge is NOT transferrable.
Swimwear/Activewear mandatory.
Please bring your own towel(s) for the sessions.
You are required to share 5 sessions on your Social Media account or send to us a simple account of your sessions and the effect(s) they are having on you and we will post them on our own Social Media account tagging you.
